Frontiers is a pretty good movie. I have to say the French horror is sometimes a little too high brow for me in that everything is a giant allegory. Much easier to watch than Martyrs tho…
I own both Frontiers and Inside and have watched them a couple times each. Martyrs was a good film but man was it brutal. Don’t know if I’ll ever watch it again.
The last time that I wanted to buy a sub-titled film on dVd was..um…0h that’s right, I never did want to, until…..FRONTIER(S) I’m not normally big..on gross out flicks, but this one has a certain allure to it that I can’t quite put my finger on.
As a matter of fact, the last time that I checked out a movie with truly graphic imagery, it was Hostel, although I imagine Frontiers is going to be more artfully done.
Now if I can get beyond all the..bon apetite, sacre bleu and le fantastique talk, I might even love this film.

Which do you like better? I’d probably have to say Frontiers but Inside was ok, I just wasn’t thrilled by the ending.
I would say I liked Frontiers better too. The end to Inside did get a bit out of hand.

Give it a chance and I’ll think you’ll dig it. I liked it a lot more than Hostel for whatever it’s worth.
