Please Don't End

“I’m busting ass on this book and sales still haven’t gone up. What did you think was going to happen?”-Peter David

Over at Bleeding Cool, Rich Johnston has put together an interesting post about the future of X-Factor. Since there has been no official word yet from Marvel on the matter I will be holding off on my opinions until then. Still, it is some troubling news.

What do you guys think?

  1. I say it’s NOT being cancelled… surely?

    • I am hoping that Marvel do have something special planned for this book after issue #50. Peter David had done an amazing job with the comic. I really don’t want it to go the way of Agents of Atlas and just become a back up feature in on of the X-books.

The book hitting the overall 2ooth issue is probably why there was no solicitation, like you pointed out.

  2. comicbookdude89 says:

God this sucks. Marvel is slowing killing themselves with keeping their sh*t books like Hulk, Deadpool: Merc a with Mouth, and all the worthless Dark Reign Mini-Series.

  3. MicahSkin says:

Better not…. He DOES have the cover for 50 ordered by Marvel but still worried. it’s well written and fans love it. That’s a recipe for disaster at Marvel.

  4. Dan Griffin says:

I’m not much a a fan of this but it does seem like others do like it and so do critics. I don’t know how Hulk sell so much.

  5. Chris says:

I just checked the sales of this book and apparently it sold 31,213 copies last month. Marvel are doing something wrong if that can’t be profitable for them.
