Here is an industrial band doing a cover of Madonna’s Justify My Love. I like this one better than the original track.

When has knowing somebody named Zoltan ever helped anybody?

Only good one ever was Zoltan Kodaly and even he was a whackjob in his later years…

you know, nowadays they dont make good games anymore..
Just a quick scan of upcoming releases

Crackdown 2 : Crackdown 1 was nice, but this is the same thing except for more co-op
Call of Duty Black Ops: Another shooter with the same-old ingredients as all the others.
Halo 6 (Reach): Another shooter with nothing new
Fable 3: Another RPG with nothing new
Dead Rising 2: Strip everything that was good about 1 and you have part 2
Gears of War 3: Do I really need to continue?
Crysis 2: Part 1 sucked hard, why bother?
Need for Speed 19: Need for Speed stopped being fun at part 5
      Maffia 2: Another GTA-clone(although I enjoyed Maffia 1)
Madden NFL 11: Another in a long series(with just few tweak and add-ins)

I’m love playing games but I havent really enjoyed a game since the release of the Xbox 360. (Its all the same, uninspiring sh$t!)
I do want to give credit to Viva Pinata. That was the best game for the xbox imo.

There was Rugby ’08. Richie McCaw on the cover…

Its good? I dont know the rules of rugby and i am not sure if its even for sale in my country but I will have a look.

It’s good until you have to play New Zealand. Then it hurts more than a Doomsday/Blockbuster reading of Hamlet.

And the American team? Just custom make a team with good stats and start over.

I was able to find my copy here in CO at a Gamestop. Look online and they’ll tell you the closest store with a used copy.

One of the best games ever. Haven’t played a Silent Hill game since SH3, which was kind of disappointing. Are any of the later games in the series worth checking out?

    • Luiz de Mello says:

SH3 suffers from something terrible: it comes after SH2. It is hard to compete with that masterpiece. Imo it was on par with SH1, worst in some points, better at others, balanced on the rest, more a matter of personal preferences.

SH5 is worth checking imo, though some aspects disappoint me overall I found it enjoyable.

SH4 history is more or less: we were going to make a new franchise, but some genius down the line decided that it would market better if we put SH on the title so it happened cause he is the boss. As a stand alone game you may enjoy it a bit (but I wouldn’t pay for a brand new copy unless you find it for less than half of what a new game costs). Never try it as a sequel to the SH series, you will get disappointed, it is really another type of animal.

Is it that time of year again for a silent hill 2 revisit?
